I’m coming up for air.

Taking a moment to write again.

I’m choosing to touch base.

Taking a moment to share a thought with you.

I’m choosing to emerge.

Taking a moment to encourage you to emerge too.

I’m choosing to write to you and to invite you to play.

Taking a moment to encourage you to focus on delight, warmth, hope and to being ok.

I’m choosing to make time to feel ok even though life is messy and often challenging.

Taking a moment to encourage you to put aside the drain of Covid, rain and anything that causes stuckness.

What fun thing might you need and want to do?

Hope you choose to take a moment to do something about it.

Remember the Korean proverb “You don’t go anywhere unless you stick your neck out”
