Good Grief

Life is full of uncertainty and it's not always great. We all know what it's like to lose something or someone.

Understanding and coping with loss and grief is different for everyone and it takes time.

Grieving is a normal human response and it can really work for us if we do it well. While not necessarily taking away the pain...it enables us to adjust to our loss, to integrate the experience of loss into our lives and to eventually make new meaning in our world...to find a new kind of normal.

These 3 things can help...movement, connecting and purpose. We have applied this to our own lives and are here to help if this is where you are at?

Life will not be the same but we can gradually learn to live with loss in a healthy way.
