Let’s consider…reviewing our lives. This is our Life Review!

What do we need or want in order to think, feel and act better this year?

In order to achieve this goal we need to intentionally alter the direction we are heading. Our actions need to back our desire. We need to make a choice - to be more decisive, to care more about yourselves - to make self a priority and to establish some healthier boundaries - to be accountable to our goal.

We all have worries and we all have situations or people that we cannot change.

But we all have things that are important too us that we can change too.

Rather than worrying about the uncontrollable things, situations or other people, we can switch our focus to ourselves and take responsibility for changing something that will help us to feel better about our lives.

Our challenge is to…

Control the controllable and let the rest go!
