Summer is here...

What a year!

What a relief to have some warmer weather and to enjoy being out of doors :)

We have tried to keep one another safe…to survive!

We can now grieve the things we missed…human connection is but one.

The four seasons are identified in the grief process which gives us 4 tasks to work through.

  1. Autumn = a reality check of our ever changing reality, we all experience loss and suffering

  2. Winter = working though the pain, our thoughts, feelings and reactions by acknowledging them

  3. Spring = opening up to a new reality, to new things, to potential and adjusting our expectations

  4. Summer = emotionally relocate by shifting our main focus, moving forward into our new normal

May we find ways to be centred, grounded and calm.

May we find rest, reflect and resolve to take good care of ourselves and one another.

May we reach out as needed and offer support to others too.

Be safe, look after yourself and may you find peace and comfort this season.
