Make Way - For Anything

It’s a New Year with new possibilities. What are we hoping for this year? How can we gain these things that we are hoping for? What needs to change for these things to become realities? What will help us all to stop living in survival mode and choose to thrive. What do we long for? What will inspire us to be open to gifts of kindness, generosity and curiosity? How can we share them with others so that they too experience authentic, compassionate connection and enable each of us to thrive.

Anything is possible. How we perceive our experiences and deal with things is up to us. Not everything will be easy or straightforward but we can choose how we respond and we can preempt the unexpected by accepting that life is full of uncertainty. When life is difficult we all struggle. No need to pretend and act tough. This can be a period of growth as we adjust and navigate things that we wish were not happening.

We all hope that there will be more light than dark, more joy than grief, more easy times than hard times. Whatever comes our way, may we have someone to share it with and be someone for others to lean on too.
