Spring is in the air...and so is hay fever ;)

Literally…spring is in the air and Hayfever symptoms are unfortunately back for some of us too. We literally need to try to appreciate, the good with the bad.

We can smell the jasmine and many other flowering trees and plants of the season. It is good to sensate our senses. What we see, hear, taste, touch and smell enriches our world and increases our capacity to be present and less anxious.

If we purposely turn off our devices, get moving and take on the myriad of colours, shapes and textures in the world we will be more grounded, more focused and more grateful for the simple yet wonderful things in life. Despite our difficulties, our allergies and the endless lockdown!
